OUR STORY
Conscious Concert Ireland, Spring 2013
One sunny day, three of us got in a van and as it started moving, a dream-seed was born:
Hey, wouldn't it be cool to start a national "high-end spirituality" kind of concert where we could all bring together international teachers & musicians in one event?
Aaand... that each teacher is not just a radical thinker but also actually embodies the wisdom (walks their talk for reals).
And what if, instead of it being like a pure "mind-centered lecture" thingie, what if it's an actual CONCERT (Latin/Greek for "together", "harmony", "unity"). So, on it went.
A space of love is born:
where MUSIC is used to open and soften our hearts; and movement-DANCE is used to uplift and anchor the beauty, and the positive vibe that is created together. STILLNESS is merged deep into our core. SOUND-chant and PLAYFULNESS, ease can re-charge people's batteries for the year.
That was the dream seed.
Voila!
And so,
how did you get into this whole thing, you eejits? Sure,
events take stamina to create, patience to stick with it, especially when instead of 5,000 you see 300 happy eyes and the party is on you. Lol
Roll up the sleeves, re-imagine the whole thing and just keep on going. Rest into each other. Rest into it.
